Our goal is your happiness — returns are easy and refunds are quick.

Returns (7-day window)

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind:

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Return pickup is arranged from your address — no need to go anywhere.

Damaged / defective items

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, share an unboxing video within 1 hour of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after pickup.
• Refund goes back to your original payment method.
