↩️ 7-Day Easy Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/accessories intact.
- Initiate from the Contact page or WhatsApp +91 98190 50125.
💰 Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refund to original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive & inspect the return.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refund via UPI / bank transfer shared with our team.
🚫 Non-returnable
- Opened personal-care items, used gadgets, or items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
♻️ Exchanges
- Defective item? We'll replace it free of cost (subject to stock).
