How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

Add items to cart, choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Our team calls to confirm within a day, then dispatches. Pay the courier boy when the parcel arrives. No advance payment needed.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3-5 working days. Other cities: 5-7 days. Remote/North-East: 7-10 days. Dispatch happens within 24-48h of order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking ID is sent on WhatsApp + email within 24h. You can also use our Track Order page or message us on WhatsApp.

What is the return process?

Within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. We arrange pickup, inspect the item, and refund to your UPI/bank (COD) or original method (prepaid) within 5-7 working days.

Is there a warranty?

7-day return covers manufacturing defects. Beyond that, brand warranty applies where available. We assist with claims.

Are the products genuine?

Yes, sourced from verified suppliers. Each item is quality-checked before dispatch.

Do you ship to my pincode?

We ship pan-India including most remote pincodes. If COD isn't available at your pincode, prepaid options will show.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before dispatch via WhatsApp/email. Cancelled COD orders have no charge. Prepaid cancellations refunded in 5-7 days.
